Evansville, IN - Zero Echo Media, a leading new media marketing company, has been recognized in the 30th Annual Telly Awards for its production of "Project 15," a web-only reality series produced in association with Evansville based radio station, Hot 96.
"We are proud of our work and of the opportunity to work with such a forward thinking company as Hot 96," said Bob Renock of Zero Echo Media. "We appreciate the recognition from the Telly Awards as the leading awards organization for video production."
Selected from among 14,000 entries, the show was executive produced by Jason Addams from Hot 96 and filmed, edited, & produced by Zero Echo Media's Bob Renock and Michael Alvey. Renock and Alvey were approached early in the development of the concept because of their previous award-winning experience in filming reality based programming for TV and the Internet.
Developed to launch Hot 96 TV, "Project 15" featured contest winner, Karly, interacting with her friends, family and a few special guest such as Daisy De La Hoya (Daisy of Love) and rock band, 3 Doors Down.
The eight total webisodes, beginning with three audition shows, were shot over the course of two months in Evansville, Indiana with Michael Alvey as director of photography. Bob Renock and Jason Addams edited the 10-plus hours of video down to 3-5 minute webisodes at Zero Echo Media's in-house facility. "Project 15" included a custom-made 2D and 3D motion graphics package.
